I love my choices and my life
I have had the best few hours in a long time. I love saying I can...... Actually not even saying that, just saying yes....it is so freeing......so many rules , so many limits... For what and for who?
I truly love my choices and my life.
Thanks so much for finding the right way of showing me..... Now it is my turn for tears.... Looking forward for more of the journey with you....

A jolt when I needed it

I dragged my sorry, tired butt from work to the downtown Check In meeting and got jolted with a thousand watts of energy and drive.
My challenge is that at the end of the day, I think that all I want to do is veg. But going to the meeting energized me and gave me a new sense of purpose to commit to the small steps I need to take that will lead me to the successful completion of my goals.
Thanks everyone!
Roland
Emotus meets my needs
The EO meets my need to work towards creating my own source of employment. It is a very interesting process.

Jump start success
I recently followed through with an invitation to spend a good part of a day at a very inspiring workshop designed to help reach achievable personal and career goals . It is called: Emotus Operandi and the brainchild behind this concept is Ben Kadel, a local. I am very pleased with the results. It is tangible and I see positive change already.
I appreciate regular check-in meetings
I appreciate the regular check-in meetings, they serve as deadlines which keep me on track in doing what I said I'd do.
Ben is a great facilitator, supportive and offers ideas to help people keep moving forward whether they're on a roll or feeling stuck.
I get excited to see everyone at our check-ins and hear about their successes. It's encouraging and fun.
