Trailblazers

The Emotus Operandi system has been specifically designed for people who are generally engaged in creative and transformational work that involves venturing into unknown territory. For people like us, meaningful work is a central part of a successful life, not simply a way to earn a paycheck.

We call ourselves “trailblazers” – people who dare to walk new paths in order to make the world a better place and find an authentic voice for ourselves and others. We believe that current approaches to project management and collaboration just don’t work for the new and emotionally challenging work this group performs.

Being trailblazers ourselves, we also know that many of us are developi ng very different ki nds of work groups - often working in "microbusinesses" or ad hoc work groups that come together for specific projects. Our system is designed specifically for free agents, microbusinesses, and ad hoc work groups.
