The Daily Nudge

We want to help you change the way you feel about work and find that Sweet Spot where all the pieces line up, the enthusiasm flows, and you’re ready to take on the next challenge to make it happen.

It’s all about taking small steps regularly. It’s about changing habits. And most of us could use a buddy and little friendly reminder from time to time.

But we also know that one of the realities of work is email, LOTS of email! We don’t want to add to the noise because we also want to change the way you feel about email – at least email from us that is.

So we offer a different kind of email: The Daily Nudge Email Support Program. Here’s the scoop. If you could use a little friendly reminder from time to time to look at the big picture or focus on the really important stuff or just take a deep breath and relax a bit, then this program is for you. It’s like having a buddy at work drop by your desk to check-in and see how you’re doing.

Here’s how it works:

  • We’ll send you a quick email a few times throughout the week (you can unsubscribe at anytime)
  • Each email will include one simple item for you to consider or focus on, a mini-activity that will usually only take a minute or two.
  • And here’s the cool part: for the two hours after the email is sent one of us will be hanging out by the online watercooler (through Facebook group chat or Twitter using #emotus) – so if you have any questions, concerns, epiphanies or funny jokes, you can join in.
  • There is no cost

To sign-up for the Daily Nudge simply fill-in the form.
